Refund Policy for an Islamic Institute with Online Courses

This refund policy applies to purchasing any product or service offered by the Islamic Institute. If a customer is unsatisfied with the product or service, they may request a refund within the first 14 days of their purchase.

The refund will be issued within 7 business days from the refund request date. For any refund request, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase and a written explanation of why the refund is being requested.

If the product or service is found to be defective or not working as described, the customer may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The Islamic Institute reserves the right to deny any refund request that it considers fraudulent or unjustified. The Islamic Institute also reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

Any such changes will be published on the Institute’s website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the website regularly for updates to this policy. By purchasing any product or service offered by the Islamic Institute, the customer agrees to be bound by this refund policy.
